Tenuous Grasp
Montreal, QC
Tenuous Grasp is an initiative by Tristan Steward to provide a troupe experience to the other 4 members, who didn’t have a troupe at the time of forming. Each member represents one finger of the Grasping Hand :
-Tristan, the Thumb (Founder of the troupe)
-Gael, the Index (raising it to share his ideas)
-Lorena, the Middle (attitude & gumption)
-Charles, the Ring (for he is a married man)
-Jacqueline, the Pinky (last, but not least)

La LIPS
Montreal, QC
LIPS is more than just a traditional improv league. Yes, we do offer classic matches every other Monday, where two teams face off under the sharp eye of the Master of Games — complete with quirky categories and wild interpretations.
On the other Mondays, LIPS presents its “Hors-Piste” shows: guest teams and artists, stand-up, cabaret nights, original creations by our members, readings of texts and poetry… and many more surprises.
We perform at Pub de l'Île Noire,
1649 St-Denis Street, in the Quartier des Spectacles.
Every Monday at 8 p.m.
Our shows are free, but we happily accept voluntary contributions at the end of each evening.
