Code of Conduct

Le Grand Yes And! is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful space for all artists, volunteers, staff, and audience members.

This Code of Conduct applies to all festival events, online platforms, rehearsals, and related activities.

Integrity – Be honest, transparent, and ethical in your actions.

 

Inclusivity – Celebrate diversity in race, gender, sexuality, background, and experience.

Accountability – Own your actions and their impact on the community.

EXPECTATIONS FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

Whether you're performing, organizing, volunteering, or attending, we ask that you:

 

Treat all people and spaces with respect

 

Avoid harassment, discrimination, and abusive behavior of any kind

 

Respect boundaries—on and off stage

 

Be mindful of how your actions affect others

 

Represent the festival with positivity and professionalism

 

Bring the fun—but leave the harmful stuff at the door

SUBSTANCE USE

Responsible alcohol use is allowed at licensed events.

 

Intoxication or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.

 

All participants must ensure the environment remains safe and welcoming.

REPORTING MISCONDUCT

If you witness or experience misconduct, please:

 

Speak directly to a festival organizer or Board member

All reports will be treated confidentially and taken seriously. Action will be based on the nature and severity of the situation, which may include warnings, removal from events, or dismissal from the festival.
